Requirement Summary:
- To lead a team of test engineers & analysts
- Test planning and execution (which also includes logging defects and preparation of test logs)
- Understand the application and write test scripts
- Experience with tools like Test Director & PVCS Tracker
- Domain knowledge of corporate banking is an advantage
Perspective Profile will be like:
- Good experience in SDLC & STLC
- Exposure to all aspects of testing including (Functional, Automated etc)
- Excellent communication skills
