- Should be having a four years Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Developement experience on VB.NET (which also includes C#,ASP.NET,ADO.NET)
- Exposure to web based/windows based applications
- T-Sql programming,Automated unit testing, must have worked with Sql server 2005
- Experience in Design patterns & MVP
Following are a definite pluses
- MCAD or MCSD certified
- .NET 3.0 or 3.5 experience,AJAX & Visual studio 2008
- Worked with both Oracle and Sql Server
